Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If several goods ordered together are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. You may also use the “Withdraw from contract” function provided in the footer of the shop pages. We will acknowledge receipt of an electronic withdrawal promptly by email.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
