Quitte MUS-08 is an homage to Ben Willikens. Its restrained grey palette concentrates attention on form, space and the quiet physical presence of the fruit.
The work is connected with an exhibition at Galerie Altes Rathaus Musberg, which Ben and Sandy Willikens visited. The encounter led to an offer to exchange works.
